  • We can cover all costs, so it doesn’t cost flat owners or freeholders anything

JOINT VENTURE

We work in full partnership with the client and share all the costs and revenues generated.

CLIENT FUNDED

We work as external consultants (appointed by the client under an agreed scope of service). The client funds all aspects of the process (design, planning, technical due diligence etc) including our agreed fees and charges along the way.

HORIZON FUNDED

We fund the entire project so there is zero risk for the client. We get paid from a share (pre-agreed at the outset) and then take a share of the revenues generated on disposal.
