• Once a planning consent is obtained, we will take the scheme to market and obtain the best market value for the development

We ensure all potential developers have a proven track record and ability to successfully complete the project

• We understand the sensitivities of working on multi occupational buildings through our combined experience of over 40 years working on blocks and estates

• We can cover all costs, so it doesn’t cost flat owners or freeholders anything

• Control - We ensure that owners retain control of their buildings so that they gain maximum benefit and value.

JOINT VENTURE

We work in full partnership with the client and share all the costs and revenues generated.

CLIENT FUNDED

We work as external consultants (appointed by the client under an agreed scope of service). The client funds all aspects of the process (design, planning, technical due diligence etc) including our agreed fees and charges along the way.

HORIZON FUNDED

We fund the entire project so there is zero risk for the client. We get paid from a share (pre-agreed at the outset) and then take a share of the revenues generated on disposal.
