Horizon was founded in 2019 but it has been established by three property professionals with extensive backgrounds and experience in various complementary areas of the property industry.

With over 40 years of combined experience in property management, planning, building surveying and contracting, John Ward, Damien Finnegan and Stephen Day realised that there was an opportunity to combine their knowledge and experience to provide a unique and bespoke service to the owners and managers of apartment blocks and estates.

Through Horizon, all of that knowledge and experience is now available in one place and on a basis that leaves the client in control and able to capitalise on their assets.
